How to Raise Approval and Get More Settlers EASY in Manor Lords (Tutorial)

In this Manor Lords video, I'm going to cover step-by-step how to increase your town's approval past 50% and get more settlers/villagers/families. First it starts with having homes for your people. Then you need to meet the market stall, water, and church requirements on the burgage plot screen. Once your people are happy with the changes, the approval will increase every month steadily. Once you are past 50% approval, 1 new settler will move in as long as there are open homes. Past 75%, 2 settlers will move in provided they both have housing. No more than 2 settlers can move in per month.

Manor Lords is a medieval city builder game with battle elements like the Total War game series but using your own villagers as soldiers. The map contains 8 regions which you try to take under your control while battling bandits, raiders, and the Baron's militia and mercenaries. To progress in the game, you have to build houses and provide for the villagers while also building a military force to defend against attacks. Winters can cause shortages of food and firewood so stock up while you can! When the settlement grows, development points can be spent to specialize the village for industry, trading, farming, or foraging. With enough strategy, planning, and battling you can have a thriving settlement in the medieval era. Can you conquer all the regions and defeat the Baron?
