Which is Better: A Lightweight Crank Pulley or a Crank Pulley Damper?

It has been asked numerous times what a Crank Pulley Damper does, should you use a lightweight crank pulley or stay with the OEM one. During our current build on the Built 2014 Subaru WRX it was asked a few times so I promised I would make a video on it. Personally, I use Fluidampers or ATI Super dampers on all of my own cars.
