This video is about healing trauma, self discovery and nervous system regulation. Many people are struggling with their self awareness in our todays time and I feel it is something very deep in my heart that i'd like to offer as much support as iI can for people who are going through the process. Emotional integration is key and it's not something that heals intellectually but rather somatically. When we learn of to create a mind, body and heart coherence thats when our life drastically starts to change for the better. Stepping into the unknown is the first step to developing trust with the authentic self. When you decide to let go of old patterns of energy then you create space for new aligned ways of being to to be born. All resonance is determined by your nervous system and what state that it's in. What you co-create and attract is mostly subconscious and unconscious so when we learn to support our nervous system in creating the resonance that aligns with the authentic self that's where the magic happens.
