Ncazelo Ncube- Mlilo is an internationally renowned Narrative Therapist and Psychosocial Specialist who has spent much of her career years focusing on developing local, culturally appropriate psychosocial healing practices and methodologies.

She is an experienced Senior Program Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the mental health care industry. Skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Organizational Development, Public Speaking, Mental Health, and Teaching.

Ncazelo has worked extensively with children, youth, women and families and communities in the context of HIV and AIDS, poverty and conflict.

Ncazelo always say that university learning did not prepare her for the psychosocial work she had to do after leaving university, hence, she continuously looked around herself, culture, community and environment for models of interventions, and this is what she will talk about today.
