This session will introduce you to the original pilates method and matwork exercises and show you what is important for the 50+ woman. We will focus on strength, flexibility, core control and the correct technique to help you understand and feel the benefits of this wonderful exercise method. I will also show you how to adapt the exercise for common problems that come up when starting pilates for the first time. This is a low impact, achievable and highly effective routine.
