कर्मचारियों से नहीं होगी रिकवरी | Supreme Court Order | NO Recovery of excess payment

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आदेश दिया है कि अत्यधिक कठिनाइयों की स्थिति में सरकारी कर्मचारियों को किये गए गलत भुगतान कि रिकवरी नहीं की जा सकती है। DoPT has issued instruction vide O.M. dated 6/2/2014, 2/3/2016, 19/9/2022 and 3/10/2022 on the basis of Supreme Court Orders. In this video, all the situations in which recovery of wrong or excess payments impermissible in law is discussed in details.
