Is This the *BEST* Discard Deck in Standard!?

Waste Not felt bland and lifeless in Pioneer during RCQ season...but how is Discard in Standard? I take my home brewed Standard Waste Some deck and...well this is a League to remember!

(Post video note: I realized while watching this back my first opponent could have made enough mana to activate their land. Either they didn't see it either or they decided it wasn't worth playing on. I'm pretty confident we win that game from that point regardless.)
