What we eat in a week as a family of 12 living in NYC. I am always trying to keep the family fed and happy! We eat a lot of beans, vegetables and legumes because we want to eat healthy and budget friendly meals! We definitely do eat meat too, but it can really make things more expensive so we try to be careful. I am interested in trying new recipes and improving the recipes we use already. I'm on a mission to improve our broccoli soup! I feel like it just needs a few tweaks. Moses loves it, so that's a win!
