Real Estate School: A Student's Changed Life

Getting your real estate license in California requires you to enroll in an accredited real estate school.

Real estate school gives students the pre-requisite training to earn their real estate license. In an accredited real estate school, students will take the 3-required courses: real estate practice, real estate principles, and one elective class. Passing these 3 courses qualifies a student to take the Real Estate Salesperson License Exam.

Michael Pasqualone was working in a separate job in an entirely different industry when he wanted to start a career that would allow him to help others. That's when he decided to pursue a career as a real estate agent.
