Mini album “Bouquet”by bohemianvoodoo.
Ever since the Japanese melodic instrumental band “bohemianvoodoo” was formed 12 years ago, they kept evolving slowly but surely as if trees grow their annual rings, and now their time is here to drop the album with a full of challenge in their sound and the artwork. The line art of the album cover and the sound embody their artistic approach of the album.

In terms of the sound making, they shifted to more electronical approach with heavy use of dubbing on the guitar and the keyboard, on top of their basic ensemble structure.
In terms of the arrangements, they added a variety of Rock and City-Pop elements in addition to their conventional Jazz, Funk and Latin elements.

The leading track no.1 “Magnolia” gives you a beautiful awakening feel right off the start of the album, and it is a perfect prologue to show you the new phase of bohemianvoodoo.

The album includes two cover tracks from Yumi Matsutoya’s 1995 single “Rondo”(T2), and McCoy Tyner produce “For Tomorrow”(T4).
