What caused Yu-Gi-Oh to change Animation Studios?

One of the biggest shakeups to the Yu-Gi-Oh anime came just a few months ago. It was announced that Studio Bridge will be animating the new series YuGiOh SEVENS, leaving many of us asking, what happened to Studio Gallop?
