WWE WrestleMania 36 STAGE REVEAL Concept! Edge vs Randy Orton Entrances (& Lots of Pyro!)

Firstly, we’d like to say that our hearts go out to all of those whose lives have been touched by the COVID-19 pandemic, as ours have been. This is truly an unprecedented time in our history.

Setting aside what it means for real life, it sure has been a turbulent time to be a professional wrestling fan. As you know, we travel to Mania every year, and this year was set to be no different. We’re simply heartbroken that WrestleMania as we know it isn’t taking place this year.

With that said... May our annual WrestleMania stage reveal be your own little slice of history: a glimpse into the possibilities of the WrestleMania that wasn’t. The set was crafted by Chris (@chrishorrell on Instagram) over a period of weeks, using stage design parts modeled inch-for-inch to scale, based on products used by WWE in past productions. The animations were applied by Josh using the usual kit of Magix Vegas and Adobe After Effects.

As always, we have a lot of people to thank. We wanted to give Edge’s entrance a live-ambiance feel. Alter Bridge’s Metalingus is played “live” by It Lives It Breathes, an awesome WWE theme song cover band. Check them out on YouTube and iTunes.
