Here is a full 4K version of the train chase video from Saturday Sept. 21. 2024.
Just a quick train chase on a Fall Saturday afternoon. The Hocking Valley Scenic Railway always does a great job and even uses steam power on some runs.
Note: I show the channel and a lock from the old Hocking Canal that brought commerce to Southeastern Ohio before the railroads. You can also see that when the railroads arrived, they built right along the canal route where possible. They eventually put the canals out of business.
