2:37 No, every pip on a Purple die gets him a point, so a Purple 6 is worth 6 Points instead of just 1

23:11 Yes he could put a Red there... the Column Bonus is for numbers, not Colors, so putting the Red 4 there and another Red in the other spot wouldn't be a problem (unless it was a red 4 also)
