For MAC User :- You guys need to manually input the server name, user name, and password after downloading and opening the RPD app from the apple store. The following steps should be followed to log in to the cloud server:-
1. First of all install Microsoft Remote Desktop App by tapping here or simply clicking https://apps.apple.com/us/app/microso...
2. After opening the app, fill in the credentials which include the PC name, username, and password which we have provided in this email.
3. Then put "Availclouds" in the Friend name. Since Group and Gateway are non-mandatory just simply leave it.
4. For reference, we are including a simple example that follows the previous steps:
Pc name= Example.availclouds.net
Username= Demo1, Demo2.
password= "Enter your password"
then click ADD.
Now, put
friend name= Availclouds
Group= leave it
Gateway= leave it
then click ADD
