Turkish foreign minister warns of ‘major war’ in the region

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan told Haberturk on Monday that Cyprus has become a base for countries to conduct military and surveillance operations in Gaza, according to intelligence reports.

With tensions between Israel and Lebanon, Houthi activity, and conflict in Syria, Fidan said these “low-intensity conflicts could evolve into a major war”.
