Rachel Howard is an accomplished athlete as well as a seasoned working professional. In the field of football, Rachel was a goalkeeper who represented New Zealand at the highest-level competitions including the 2007 FIFA Women’s World Cup finals as well as the 2008 Summer Olympics.

Professionally, Rachel started her journey with the brand adidas as a marketing assistant and throughout her 15-year career, she has held various marketing roles in New Zealand, Germany, China and Hong Kong and eventually became the senior brand director of the Hong Kong branch. Under her leadership in 2017, adidas Hong Kong were named Marketer of the Year by Marketing Magazine. Leading a team of creators for Merchandising, Brand and Retail Marketing for adidas Brands, Badge of Sport, Originals and NEO. Privileged to inspire a team and culture that is obsessed with the consumer from product selection to retail and brand experiences within Hong Kong. Charged with delivering the marketing strategic plans in line with our global strategic business plan and enabling the team to bring these to life in the Hong Kong market.
