Farukh Abdullah is planning to chair an all-party meeting today in the valley to discuss the latest voting rights case. Congress is expected to take part in this meeting as well. Earlier, Mehbooba Mufti also gave her statement saying that the BJP knows that they have lost in Jammu and Kashmir, and that is why they are planning to bring outsiders' votes to win the elections.
