Try to jump back and forth between the clips): less mids and more highs for the Fralin; more low mids and less highs for the Kinman. Obviously same amp settings, same pick, exact same strings, same cable and same player :)

Standard tuning, drop D only for hi gain clip.
Recorded with Shure sm57 straight into Presonus AudioBox 22VSL.
