Ingredients-
3 chicken Thai piece
1 cup curd
1 cup cream
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 lemon juice
Coriander leaves
Oil
1/3 cup butter
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Kashmiri mirch
1 tsp lal mirch
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp cumin powder
2 tbsp Shaan masala
1 tsp black pepper
1 pinch orange food clr

How to make-
Assalamualyikum welcome back to my channel hope you all very well aaj hum banane jarahe hai chicken malai tikka humne chicken ke thai ke 3 piece liye hai isme cuts lagwaliye hai isse masala chicken me acche se absorb ho jaata hai sabse pahle chicken ko acche se wash ,dry kare phir iska 1 st marination karenge isme 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste me jyada paani na ho 1 lemon juice,coriander,salt 1/2 tsp dal ker saare cheezo ko acche se mix kare aur chicken ke 1 -1 piece ko le aur masala acche se lagade har ek portion me isi tarah saare chicken me masale ko lagakar overnight marination per rakh de agar time nhi to 6-7 hours ke liye to rakh sakte hai overnight ke baad iska 2 nd marination karte hai uske liye jo masale screen per mention hai wo dale aur mix karne ke baad chicken per acche se marinate kare phir ise aap chahe to 2 hours ke liye marination per rakhe agar time nhi hai to 1 hours ke liye marination per rakh de 1 hours ke baad isme 2 tbsp Shaan ka chicken tandoori masala laga de aur 10-15 minutes ke liye chod de tan tak ek pan ko 15 minutes ke liye Pre heat karle aur ek plate per chicken ke saarer piece’s ko rakh de aur ek stand ander lagakar plate ko uske ander rakh de 30-40 minutes tak lid lagakar high flame per cook kare beech beech ise check kare aur upper thoda oil lagade 30 minutes ke baad isme smoke de aur ek jaali par rakh ker isme acch dika le chicken per accha clr ajaaye iske liye gravy bana lete hai e1 cup cream,1/2 cup curd ko acche se phet le ya jaar me dalker mixer se grind karle aur ek pan me 1 tbsp ghee dale aur marination se jo masala bacha hai usko isme dalde aur chalate hue acche cook kare iske baad ekdam low flame per curd,cream wala paste dal ker acche se chalate hue pakaye flame ko ekdam low rakhe warna dahi phat jo jaayeg ab acche se cook ho jaaye to isme chicken ke pieces ko dal de aur uper se thodi cream dalde lid lagakar 5 minutes ke liye rakhde aur ise chatni pyaz ke saath serve kare hope aap logo ko recipe pasand aaye to channel ko like subscribe Kare duao me yaad rakhe milte hai new recipe ke saath Assalamualyikum.
