Abstract acrylicpainting modern portrait - how I handle my painting failure

Ich bin nicht der Typ dafür, der Sorgen und Ängste oder Unsicherheiten in seinen Bildern verarbeitet. Da halte ich eigentlich gerne nur das Positive fest. ABER in diesen Tagen bin natürlich auch ich nicht frei von Unsicherheit und Verwirrung. Und zum ersten Mal schlich sich das auch in mein Bild. Da lang? Oder da lang? So? Nein doch nicht... Ich war planlos, haltlos! Aber hey, wir sind keine Maschinen und genau DAS ist OKAY. In Bildern werden Gefühle sichtbar. Und wenn dann alles schief geht, dann kann man alles in die Ecke werfen und frustriert sein. Oder aber man geht den Weg einfach mal mit, nutzt die Gelegenheit für neue Wege. Ich bin froh, dass ich nicht aufgegeben habe. WENN ich es aber getan hätte, dann wäre es auch okay gewesen. Übermalen geht ja immer, auch Tage später. Das Bild hier aber sollte wohl so sein.

I'm not the type of person who processes worries and fears or uncertainties in his paintings. Usually I like to capture only the positive. BUT in these days I am of course not free of uncertainty and confusion. And for the first time, this also crept into my painting. That way? Or that way? or better the other one? No, not like that... I had no plan, no stability! But hey, we're not machines and that's OK. In paintings, feelings become visible. And when everything goes wrong, then you can throw everything into the corner and get frustrated. Or you just go along with the way, use the opportunity for new things. I'm glad I didn't give up. But if I had, it would have been also okay. Painting over always works, even days later. But this picture here should probably be like this.
