The Committee for Revenue Allocation has released its recommendation for Sharing of Revenue Between National and County Governments for the year 2021/2022. The total revenue allocation to the devolved units is projected to increase to 370 billion kenya shillings from 316 billion kenya shilling for the financial year. The allocation of Kshs. 370 billion to county governments constitutes the following....a baseline equitable share allocation of Kshs. 316.5 billion. Unconditional allocation of Kshs. 17.02 billion to be shared by all counties.
