They requested it, and here it is. This is our FIRST FULL LESSON from our our DM Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Women's Self Defense Program. In this lesson we cover the "Wall Pin Choke Escape/Defense" that we teach in our classes here at the academy. Our previous video on the subject was made for tiktok and was limited to 60 seconds. In that we were not able to address different possibilities that could occur, but here we talk about many different scenarios to cover the most common questions that people have had.
