#Piezoelectric #FootstepPower #EnergyHarvesting
⚡Piezoelectric Sensor-Based Footstep Energy Generation using Arduino, LCD (16x2), Voltage Regulator (7805), Phone Charging (5V), DC Fan and 12V to 220V Inverter.
🔋Piezoelectric Sensors → 4V Battery → Voltage Booster → 12V Battery → 12V DC–AC Inverter → AC Bulb (220V)
Steps in Brief
🖍️Harvest footstep energy via piezo array, rectify and buffer into a 4 V battery.
🖍️Boost this low-voltage store to ~15 V and charge a 12 V battery safely.
🖍️When enough charge accumulates, run a 12 V→220 V inverter to light an AC bulb.
🖍️Arduino + LCD 16×2 measure and display step count and instantaneous voltage from the piezo front-end.
Piezoelectric Sensors → Bridge Rectifier + Filter → 4 V Battery (primary buffer) → DC–DC Booster (to ~15 V) → 12 V Battery (main storage) → 12 V DC–AC Inverter → 220 V AC Bulb / Load

Components Required
✔️Piezo discs (≥10–20 pieces recommended),
✔️Bridge rectifier (1N4007/Schottky), electrolytic capacitors
✔️4 V cell (Li-ion/LiFePO₄) + BMS/charger module
✔️DC–DC booster (adjustable to ~15 V, with CC/CV if possible)
✔️12 V battery
✔️12 V → 220 V inverter (15–50 W demo) + 220 V AC bulb
✔️7805/step-down 5 V regulator (USB), Arduino UNO, LCD 16×2, divider for voltage sense, protection fuses
Methodologies: How each stage works
1. Piezo Array (parallel/series as needed)
Generates AC pulses when stepped on.
2. Rectifier Converts piezo AC → DC and smooths ripples.
3. 4 V Battery (Lead Acid)
Acts as the first buffer/storage for low, bursty energy from piezos.
4. DC–DC Booster (~15 V output)
Lifts the 4 V bus to a stable ≈15 V suitable to charge a 12 V battery (through a CC/CV module or 12 V charge controller).
5. 12 V Battery (Lead-acid)
Main reservoir that accumulates energy over time.
6. 12 V→220 V Inverter (≈15–50 W demo)
Converts stored DC to 220 V AC to light a bulb or run a small AC demo load.
7. 7805/Step-down 5 V for USB phone charging directly and 5v DC Fan
