Historic and collectible weapons have mainly been a wealthy persons game for a very long time. Many of these weapons were actually pretty darn cheap coming out of WW2. As of recently, many of them have been getting scooped up. Over the last decade or so, they have very expensive as well. Why is that? Well I’ve uncovered a few of the wealthiest gun collectors here in the US. Millionaires and even billionaires collect these historic relics. Does that make it a smart investment? If the wealthiest are doing it, driving up the prices and not disclosing mich about it, then I think it may be a great endeavor to become a weapons curator.
