Sagemaker Canvas bill keeps on getting accrued even if you close the Sagemaker Canvas tab or browser. In this video i discuss what you can do to stop the unexpected canvas and user profile charges on your AWS Bill.

Update*
If bill keeps increasing for some reason, make sure to 1) first delete the Sagemaker canvas, 2) then the user profile and 3) then finally the Sagemaker domain as well. This will stop the charges for sure.
Plus Billing may have a lag, so you'll need to wait 24-48 hours to confirm that the charges have stopped (Temporarily you may see charges still accumulating after stopping or deleting a resource because of this). You can also create a support ticket via the AWS Console, and in some cases AWS may be able to revert the charges (this can be a lifesaver!).

Sagemaker Canvas is a no-code / low-code machine learning tool and AWS has to provision resources for it when you bring it up.
