EPISODE 58: Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, and Something Blue features some of my recent board game discoveries looking back at 2024. All these games are lighter in complexity but far exceeded my expectations. I thought they would be too simple or light, but all 4 of these delivered quite a punch! This episode features detailed reviews of all 4 games. We have a mix of big-name designers here, like Reiner Knizia, Friedemann Friese, and Alex Randolph. You don't want to miss these gems!



VIDEO CLARIFICATIONS: In Livingstone, I forgot to mention if you build a tent inside a space that already has an opponent's tent, you must pay 1 coin directly to that opponent. This creates even more wonderful player interaction!

In Free Ride USA, I said the cards with a coin sections get a coin placed on them. They actually get 2 coins placed on them, which makes them super enticing because 2 coins is 6 points!

Also, in Tonari, I noticed there is a small audio glitch. I am not sure what happened there. Comment with any other questions!
