Rui posto Ingredient
১ কেজি রুই মাছ /1 Kg Rohu Fish
১ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt To Taste
১৫০ মিলি সরিষার তেল / 150 Ml Mustard Oil
১/২ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
৩ চা চামচ পোস্ত / 3 Tsp Poppy Seeds ( Posto )
৪-৫ টি কাজু বাদাম / 4-5 ea pieces of kaju nuts
জল / Water
৩ টি মাঝারি মাপের পেঁয়াজ / 3 ea medium size onion
১/২ চা চামচ কালো জিরে / 1/2 tsp Onion Seeds
২ চা চামচ আদা রসুন বাটা / 2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
২ চা চামচ কাঁচা লঙ্কা বাটা / 2 tsp green chili paste
২ টি ছোট মাপের টমেটো ( ৭৫ গ্রাম ) / 2 Ea Small Size Tomato ( 75g )
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt To Taste
জল / Water
স্বাদমতো চিনি / sugar to taste
কুচানো ধনেপাতা / Chopped Coriander Leaves
৪-৫ টি কাঁচা লঙ্কা / 4-5 pieces of Green Chili
