In this Europa Universalis IV [EU4] video, I show you how to do the uncolonize exploit that allows you to eliminate any nation in the game and replace them with uncolonized land. This is a great way to cheese achievements such as the Three Mountains, or play as Russia and abuse the Siberian frontiers throughout Europe. It requires the custom nation dlc.

Here are the step by step instructions in text form:
1). Create a normal game as a nomadic tribe with tribal land.
2). Use the console commands by pressing the (~) key. Use the command (ti) to turn off terra incognita, and the (debug_mode) command to enable country tag visibility.
3). Use the (annex) command on any nation you want to eliminate from the game.
4). Save the game and relaunch to menu
5). Select your saved normal game and create a custom nation over your uncolonized land.
6). Enable incompatible saves and select an old patch ironman game and hit OK on the popup that says it will eliminate your custom nation.
7). Now go to "historical start" and select "rise of the ottomans".
8). Select and play as your desired nation.
