Lancashire Mind Mental Elf, 30th November 2024

On Saturday November 30th we went to Worden Park in Leyland to run the Mental Elf 5k.

From the website (https://www.lancashiremind.org.uk/fun...) it reads; Mental Elf is a fun run with the emphasis on fun – we have a variety of route options for all ages. It doesn’t matter if you’re a seasoned runner or prefer a stroll in the park, the event is for everyone, with the Challenge your S’Elf option if you’d like a bit more of a challenge.

A good turn out from the club on a very pleasant morning saw us take on the 2 lap route on a mixture of paths, woodland trail and grass in various different costumes!

It’s a fundraising event for Lancashire Mind https://www.lancashiremind.org.uk/ which is well supported and to which we’ll be back in 2025.
