Post match press conference with Tottenham manager Thomas Frank after their 3 0 defeat to Nottingham Forest at the City Ground in the Premier League.

Callum Hudson Odoi scored twice and Ibrahim Sangaré added a late third as Forest punished Tottenham mistakes. Match stats: Nottingham Forest had 15 shots to Tottenham’s 6, with shots on target 6 to 1, and possession 48% to 52%.

Frank calls it a very disappointing, bad performance, says the first two goals came from mistakes, and points to losing structure after the opener. He stresses Spurs “threw the ball away” too many times, admits the team’s “floor is very low”, and says consistency and sticking to the game plan is still a work in progress. He also describes trying to stay calm despite a “hurricane” of frustration inside, and looks ahead to using a full training week before Liverpool.
