Nisala is situated on an amazing headland overlooking a stunning and secluded beach and the warm turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. Located near Mirissa, at the Southern tip of Sri Lanka, the property consists of six luxurious and expansive self-contained villas, each being in itself like a boutique hotel. Nisala offers privacy and location, and is therefore an ideal setting in which to relax, unwind and reconnect with family and friends. Nisala is located 45 minutes south of the wonderful UNESCO Heritage Galle Fort. The journey to Nisala from Colombo’s international airport will take approx. 2 hours via the Southern Highway .

Many guests choose to arrive by vehicle. We can arrange airport pick up from Colombo, or indeed from anywhere in Sri Lanka. We can also arrange for a driver and vehicle to accompany you for your entire stay.

An alternative way to travel is to use the Sri Lanka Air Taxi sea plane service. This service departs from Colombo and flies down the beautiful coast, landing at Koggala Lake, which is approx. 20 minutes by road from Nisala. It is a wonderful and stylish way to arrive.


You may also consider taking the coast train from Colombo Fort to Matara, a local express which creates another opportunity to see different land and coastal areas on the journey. Again, we can arrange your collection from Matara station.
