This is especially true with vulnerable populations of people who depend the "helpers" to have integrity. Though there are many well meaning people employed in the social service field, many non profit organizations have SOLD their INTEGRITY for Rewards & Recognition. It's time to check the EGO of organizations that are damaging communities by ignoring the voice of the people while simultaneously blaming the very people that they serve for their condition.
