Why Ninjas Scream Their Jutsus

Why Ninjas Need to scream the jutsu names in order to perform them in Naruto? If you think about it this seems to be a bad tactic. Yelling out the name of the ability to your opponent. It happens both in Naruto and Naruto Shippuden when characters scream the names of their jutsus during fights. Take the Naruto vs Sasuke fights when they clash Chidori and Rasengan. Naruto and Sasuke yell out the name of their jutsus.
