Back in March I purchased this 5.3 from Pull a part to be used in my 1988 Caprice. The plan is to tear down and rebuild... Since this tear down was completed many months ago it has already been decked, hot tanked and had everything that needs to be checked, checked.

This will be a stock internal 5.3 build with a sloppy 1.5 stage cam and upgraded valve springs. The 706 Castech heads were trashed and swapped out for 862's.
