How Vi Authored Her Own Destruction | Arcane Season 1 | Character Analysis & Explained

Vi is either the most misunderstood character in Arcane's first season, or the most relatable. Some people blame her for how everything went wrong with Powder and her family, but I think that Vi, just like her family, are all victims of the broken, stagnant world of the "City of Progress".

This video delves into Vi's earliest days, and how the harshness of her world demanded she grow up. Vi became her family's leader, next to Vander, but always made sure to prioritize Powder's innocence in a world where that just can't exist. She tried to give a real gift to Powder, and its so terrible how it all ended. The world is cruel... but, of course, there are people like Caitlyn who can give a broken person like Vi some much needed hope.
