Poseidon's Fury; THE FINAL TOUR, Universal Islands of Adventure

The final showing ever of Poseidon's Fury Escape from the Lost City, August 9, 2023, 9:00PM. At Universal Studios Islands of Adventure Theme Park. The large and impressive facade now sits abandoned in the Lost Continent until a replacement for the ride is announced, a fitting end.

Poseidon's Fury was an immersive walkthrough experience. It was a unique blend of live actors, special effects, and theatrical storytelling. The experience centered around the ancient Greek mythological character Poseidon, the god of the sea. Guests were invited to explore an ancient temple, led by a tour guide from the Global Discovery Group who set the stage for the adventure.

The experience began with a guided tour through various chambers and hallways of the temple, featuring impressive set designs and atmospheric lighting. Guests encountered ancient artifacts, and as the story unfolded, guests were taken into a large auditorium where they witnessed a battle between Poseidon and Darkenon.
