It's the weekends, this weekend, I decided to make myself a Tayto Sandwich after getting some tayto crisps from my manager.

Before you backflush your Lelit Bianca, I recommend removing your shower screen first and cleaning the shower screen.

What you need to backflush lelit Bianca.
All you need is 3 grams Cafiza

How to Backflush Lelit Bianca
With the cafiza solution in your portafilter. Turn on espresso machine for 10 seconds then turn off. Do this steps five steps total.

After five times. Rinse your portafilter and repeat the same steps five times (10 seconds on then off)

How often should you backlflush your lelit Bianca?
It’s recommend to do so monthly or every 50 espresso extractions. But it depends on how much coffee you drink a day too. I personally do it every month.
