KIWI and LIME mead into secondary

Sorry if you’ve been waiting for this video (I known 2 people waiting for the mead) 🤣 school holidays so i take a break from posting/filming/editing 🤷‍♂️ but I’m back now and the kiwi and lime has been sat for yonks!

Added:

-Approx 360g honey

-150g dried kiwi

1/2 tsp Potassium sorbet

-1 Campden table

Next we taste again see where it’s at and possibly bottle. VERY SOON maing room for thenext project
