The #ManhattanTunnel is a critical phase of the Hudson Tunnel Project within the Gateway Development Commission (GDC) program, delivering a new tunnel beneath 12th Avenue to connect the Hudson Yards Concrete Casing and enable tunnel boring under the Hudson River between New Jersey and Manhattan.
