Prickly Pear | Harvesting and Juicing Workshop

We love prickly pears! So of course we wanted to attend this prickly pear harvesting and juicing workshop at Boyce Thompson Arboretum. Prickly pear juice tastes great on its own as well as in tea, soda, candy, and our favorite, ice cream. And it provides lots of health benefits. We got some great tips on how you can harvest and process your own prickly pears.
