Ingredients of Chingri Macher Malai Curry:
1. Golda Chingri/Prawn fish ( 600 gm).
2. Turmeric powder ( 1 tbsp).
3. Salt & sugar (As per your taste).
4. Mustard oil ( 4 tbsp).
5. Bay leaf ( 1 pcs).
6. Dry red chili ( 1 pcs).
7. Cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamon.
8. Cumin ( ¼ tbsp).
9. Onion paste ( 2 mediums size).
10. Ginger paste ( 1 tbsp).
11. Tomato paste ( 1 medium size).
12. Cumin powder ( 1 tbsp).
13. Red chili powder ( ½ tbsp).
14. Kashmiri red chili powder ( 1 tbsp).
15. Coconut milk ( ½ cup).
16. Green chili ( 5/6 pcs).
17. Garam masala powder ( ¼ tbsp).
18. Ghee ( 1 tbsp).

Methods of How to Make Chingri Macher Malai Curry:
1. First take fresh 600 gm Golda chingri maach/Prawn fish.
2. Add ½ tbsp Turmeric powder, Salt (As per your taste). Mix it well with hands.
3. Heat the pan and add 4 tbsp Mustard oil.
4. Put all Prawns/chingri fish one by one into the oil. Fry it. Don’t fry too much Chingri maach as it becomes rubbery . Then put out all fish from oil.
5. Adjust the flame in low, add 1 bay leaf, 1 dry red chili, 2 pcs cardamom, cloves , cinnamon, ¼ tbsp cumin. Fry it for 10-15 seconds.
6. Add Onion paste. Fry it for 5 minutes in medium flame.
7. Add 1 tbsp ginger paste, tomato paste, 1 tbsp cumin powder, ½ tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp kashmiri red chili powder, ½ tbsp turmeric powder. Mix it well with little water.
8. Add salt & sugar (As per your taste) and stir it for 5-7 minutes.
9. Add ½ cup coconut milk and mix it for 3-4 minutes in low flame.
10. Add water as much as you want gravy then adjust the flame high.
11. When the gravy start boiling add fried chingri fish.
12. Add 5/6 green chili and cook it for 8-10 minutes in low flame with cover.
13. Now adjust the flame high and add ¼ tbsp garam masala powder, 1 tbsp ghee. Mix it well and put off the gas and cover it for 5 minutes.
14. Serve hot prawn/chingri malai curry with rice.
