All organisations have an objective or set of objectives, that they seek to achieve. An organisation’s strategy is the articulation of the set of choices made by the senior leader/s of the organisation to guide the ways by which the organization will achieve those objectives. This subject will introduce students to some of the key choices that those senior leaders have to make, give them a range of tools to perform the analysis required to inform those decisions and require them to formulate corporate strategy recommendations based on case studies.
