So I decided to see this Model 5 for the fire test/training night and I was not disappointed! I believe this is the only fire station in Wellington County with a working fire siren. Moorefield and Drayton have sirens but they have been shut off due to noise complaints and the Model 2 in Clifford, ON I think is not operational and Fergus Centre Wellington Fire & Rescue station 40 has the STH-10 I was talking to the fire chief about it the fire chief for Fergus has retired so I am waiting to get in contact with the new fire chief of Fergus the STH-10 there has got something that needs repair but I am unsure of what needs repair with it has not run since 2014. If you haven't noticed in the video already you can hear my pager was on the wrong channel so that is why there is a lot of static I assumed they used the Guelph (VHF) fire repeater but I had my scanner working so I was good but anyways enjoy this video!
