Here are three things you can do to improve your odds of staying alive long enough to see breakthrough results.

📈 Regularly revisit your PLAN. And if you don't have one, get one. Don't pretend it's harder than it is. You have to work hard NOT to learn about strategies to build a better body, relationship, or business. Pick one and GO.

📱Leverage TOOLS. Tools and apps help you measure and monitor progress. Make the invisible VISIBLE. Whether it's Habitshare, MapMyRun, MyFitnessPal or a google sheet, tracking your progress is HUGE.

🏃‍♂️ Get a COACH. A coach, preferably someone who's been in your shoes and now has the results you want, is ideal. A good coach can save YEARS of trial and error, see your blind spots and give you critical feedback to help you SPEED up progress and hold you accountable.

As I move into the 4th week of my #Hard90, I'm deep into the valley. Everything hurts. Distractions are everywhere. So, I'm doubling-down.

✅ I'm assessing my plan WEEKLY in my #OakJournal.

✅ I leverage tools like #HabitShare and a #Googlesheet to track progress on my daily #KPIs. And share them with accountability partners and coaches.

✅ I communicate daily and throughout the week with my fitness coaches. @fraank_e @leftcoastcrossfit @leftcoast_personaltraining .. Weekly and Monthly with my MAP #VitalFactor business coaches (thank you @mapcaito , @kothari.leadership @haolam.me and DAILY with my 3:30 AM wake-up (and other fellow members of #EntrepreneurOrganization @el_riki @binyutju @yukot515 @hoffmantroy )

Any ONE of those things can help. All three? It's like being bionic.
