The gang LOVE the subtle and not so subtle jabs at True Detective's and True Crime Dramas in general's broody and self-serious tropes! The SEXUAL TENSION IS OFF THE DAMN CHAIN WHEN KAT AND AUBREY ARE ON SCREEN TOGETHER AND WE'RE HERE FOR IT! Also, we cover all the femme/queer/theater nerd bases with Patty LuPone, Debra Jo Rupp, and Heartwarmers' Joe Locke! This looks like its gonna be a sick time! Also, is Joe unbeknowstly serving Rio in this plot? We are ding-dang suspicious.
