Automatic stamping of communication device shell from blanks
This line is composed of 1 set of 2-station destacker, 1200 intelligent joint stamping robots and punch presses.
The destacker positions, separates and feeds the blank to the calibration table, where the 1st robot picks from. Equipped with double-sheet detection, the destacker will automatically stop and trigger an alarm if two blanks are picked at once. Its dual-station design allows for continuous blank loading without interrupting the production line.
#The stamping robots transfer the piece from the previous press to the next press in sequence.

#The 5-axis robot flips the piece by 180-degree and put on the transfer table. The same robot picks from the transfer table and feeds to the next press.
