As much as I love the clean and classic look of my GT 650, I needed to be able to carry stuff with something better than a backpack. I ordered the SLC Urban ABS bag kit directly from SW-Motech. The install is easy except for a minor issue with one bolt that is a little to long. The bags hold plenty for running errands and would be fine for a multi day trip although they can't fit a helmet.
The bags are quick release but offer a locking feature, and if you want to remove everything for showing off at your local Ace Cafe, the racks are held on with just two bolts.
