🏮 This project started in mid-2024 with a street furniture customer in the Netherlands.

Back then, our company was BCC Sourcing Europe and our role was mainly to connect the right production partners and make sure execution stayed under control. But projects like this one taught us something important: customers don’t only need sourcing — they need accountability.

That’s exactly why we transformed into MaaStry in Aug-2025: a Manufacturing-as-a-Service model with wider responsibility across planning, production, quality, coating, packaging, and delivery execution.

Today, this program continues — and we’re still involved as a 3rd-party consultancy partner, supporting the manufacturing chain and keeping everything aligned. The next full truck delivery is planned for end of Jan-2026 🚚.
