Hi viewers today's recipe is a snack variety, which is most healthy kind of snack that is veg momos. And the method involved in making this veg momos here we don't require any steamer and can be done like a pro. Coming to the preparation first we need to have the veg stuffing in to the dumpling, here you can use any kind of the veggies of your interest(but make sure the veggies must not release the water) prepare as shown in the video. Then coming to the preparation of the dumpling sheets for that we need to take the all purpose flour add salt and required water and make it into dough. (Let it rest for 30 minutes). Now make it into momos or dumplings by filling the prepared vegetable stuff as shown in the video. Now place the prepared momos on the to pan and put water in it and cook for 10 min on medium flame. Here the momos are ready to eat serve hot with ketchup or momos chutney.
